We will be meeting Spookley the Square Pumpkin, the Official Spokes-Pumpkin for National Bullying Prevention Month. This field trip will help students understand the importance of being kind & tolerant. Students will learn Spookley's unique story & walk through the Spookley Story Book Hunt.
The Pumpkin Patch Tour is a hands-on educational field trip to help students enjoy learning about the farm, how plants grow, and the process by which food ends up on their table. The educational experience centers on pumpkins and will help students understand pollination, soil, varieties of Cucurbits, diversity in farming and how food is grown from farm to table. Includes an interactive, educational presentation, animal petting barn, pumpkin & hayride tour, playground, & a tractor/wagon ride.
