LHS - Charlie Pugh Youth Football Camp

Youth football camp for grades 2-8. I have facilitated this camp the past two years during the same time. Attached is proof of insurance for my past events. I am aware I will need new insurance. I purchase insurance 2 weeks prior to allow for participant registration to see how many kids I have.
