This is will take place after Senior Practice. Layout is attachec. We will need to have about 8 long tables outside to distribute yearbooks. Seniors will receive food through the concession area. Students will use the Athletic Tent for the Sales Table. Please set up an area behind the yearbook table where students can not access the books! It needs to be blocked off somehow.
For concessions, please have one table down low for ketchup, mustard, napkins and such. This will be near the fence because a tent will be bungied to the fence above the table. Also please bring warmer to the concession stand, with cookie trays and 4-6 in deep pans for the hamburgers and hotdogs. Also included will be pot holders and two black deep trays to put the ketchup and mustard in. Thank you so much.
