Please set up 14 tables with two chairs at each table in the gym. Please space the tables out. There will need to be 2 tables in the commons in front of the trophy case with two caharifs each for schools to check in. Please have two booths in the caferteria in thr fron to fthe school store for interviews. Tables and booth in the nest area will need to be reservered for hospitality for judges. The Little Theater will be reserved from 8:30am until 9am for opening ceremony and from 12:15 to 1pm for awards. Please see Staphanie McGill with questions. Thank you
