- 8 chairs set up for presenting at the front and then have tables & chairs set up theater style, 3 rows of 10. - one pod of 10 on both sides of the room and one at the back of the room for breakout sessions.  (table and chairs) -one or two tables setup for drinks/snacks

  • Can we please have 8 chairs set up for presenting at the front and then have tables & chairs set up theater style, 3 rows of 10.
  • Can we please have one pod of 10 on both sides of the room and one at the back of the room for breakout sessions.  (table and chairs)
  • Can we please have one or two tables setup for drinks/snacks/lunch that they are bringing?
  • Can we please have a podium and a microphone?
  • Can we please have power strips/power towers throughout the room for attendees and presenters.
